What devices can play Cyango experiences?

Smartphones, tablets, desktops, smart TVs, and VR/AR headsets like Meta Quest. Any device with a modern browser can open a Cyango experience.

Do viewers need to install anything?

Nothing. Experiences run directly in the browser, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. They can optionally be installed as a PWA for an app-like experience and offline access.

How does AR work on mobile?

Tap the AR button in any compatible experience and it opens augmented reality directly in the browser on iOS and Android. No app download needed.

How does VR work on headsets?

On VR headsets like Meta Quest, open the experience URL in the headset browser and enter VR mode via WebXR. Hand tracking and controller input are both supported.

Does the viewer work offline?

Yes. Once a viewer installs the experience as a PWA, it works fully offline after the first load. No network connection is needed for subsequent visits.

How do I share an experience with someone?

Share a link, embed it on a website, or generate a QR code. Each experience also gets SEO-friendly metadata so it can be found and shared from search results.

Can experiences use the device camera or location?

Yes. Experiences can access device sensors, the camera (including for AR and QR scanning), and GPS for location-based features, all gated behind standard browser permission prompts.
