Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is simple - If you paid within 15 days and have not created any new stories from the Cyango Cloud Studio, then you qualify for a refund. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after paying your subscription to request a return.

Please contact us with your name and account email so that we can quickly process your request.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info[at]cyango.com.

Did you recently sign up for a new Cyango Cloud Studio subscription but changed your mind?

You will qualify for a refund if:

  • Payment was made within the last 15 days;
  • You have not created new stories.

Did your account renew and you don't need a Cyango Cloud Studio subscription right now?

You will qualify for a refund if:

  • Payment was made within the last 15 days;
  • You have not created new stories since your renewal.
