We're looking for a creative, versatile, and autonomous Content Development Manager with a wide range of experience in 360º Video Content Production to build our company’s content strategy, create targeted and relevant content, and distribute marketing communications to audiences online.

What you need to have:

• A strong online portfolio demonstrating a passion for the creative craft;
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, with a strong understanding of 360º video editing techniques;
• Knowledge of virtual reality cameras and equipment, including stitching and rendering processes for 360º video production;
• Familiarity with audio editing tools to enhance sound quality and spatial audio experiences in 360º videos;
• Ability to script and storyboard 360º video content, ensuring a compelling narrative and seamless user experience;
• Strong understanding of content distribution platforms and social media channels, including YouTube and VR-specific platforms;
• SEO Knowledge of best practices, mainly for Youtube;
• A structured and efficient way of working as well as excellent communication skills;
• Independent in managing projects and workflows;
• An execution-driven, self-starter spirit, and ability to deliver projects on time.

What we expect from you:

Your role will be focused on Content life-cycle management, where you’ll be responsible for the Content Marketing Strategy and planning, as well as the day-to-day Content operations, including Content creation and publishing. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Overseeing the development, distribution, and strategic efforts of creating messaging to inform and delight audiences;
• Play a crucial role in shaping content that captivates and engages users;
• Produce state-of-the-art narratives and immersive content across various platforms;
• Produce Tutorial videos on how to use our 360º Video Editor Cloud Software - Cyango Cloud Studio - for our audiences;
• Guaranteeing the quality of all Content across the company’s Website, Blog, and Portfolio platforms;
• Efficiently publish, distribute, and promote Content, you will have to apply your knowledge of Content Management Systems, SEO best practices, and paid media;
• Using your analytical skills, you will monitor Content performance, collecting data on target audiences, competitors, and market trends, thus making informed decisions about the Content Marketing Strategy.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Content Manager, Digital Marketer, SEO Manager, Social Media Manager, or related roles, preferably in a technology-related environment;
• Proven ability to manage the company’s online presence, namely blog and Youtube;
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Content Marketing Strategies;
• Ability to manage the Content life-cycle and day-to-day operations from planning to Content creation to publishing, distribution, and promotion;
• Strong project management skills, being able to manage multiple projects with different deadlines, ensuring that high-quality standards are met;
• Ability to conceive new Content and re-purpose the existing one to establish the company's brand identity;
• Excellent copywriting skills, from long-form to short copy, as well as in editing and proofreading;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus!), including the ability to communicate with creatives from a technical standpoint;
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, best practices and algorithms;
• Familiarity with industry tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, among others;
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
